How do you paint your nails really nicely?

I tried, but then, I always go outside of my fingernails and it gets all messy.. Also, I tried making flowers as a pattern on my nail but it's not working out so well.. Do you paint it from left to right or up and down?How do you paint your nails really nicely?

For salon nice nails:


1: soak in water, to get off all the oils.


2: push back cuticles


3: Cute, File, and buff (if you have a buffer)


4: put a clear coat on first


5: do 2 coats of the regular nail polish


6: finish with the clear coat again.


7: Let them dry in peace, don't do anything.





Tip: to keep nail polish fresh it's best to keep them out of hot weather conditions. The refridgerator is handy. Same with makeup!

you dont paint your nails left to right, you paint them bottom to top


do three strokes to cover left right and centre


then do another coat when its dryed


always use a base coat first for dark colours


nail salons and even department stores will do stick on flower and decorations that dont look tacky


small diomands can look nice


even boots and chemists do them

If you buff your nails (it's a foursided block) it makes you nails smoother, and make sure you never get a huge drop of polish at the end of the wand. Go slowly and you WILL get better eventually.

Just try not to shake your hands much. If you have shakey hands, its like impossible.
go get them done at a nail salon place!
