What can you use to strengthen you nails after have acrylic gel on for a long time?

I am ready to take them off but I hear that my real nails(although they are long) they are very weak. How can I make 'em strong? What can you use to strengthen you nails after have acrylic gel on for a long time?
I am a manicurist, unfortunately woman don't understand the second you put on fake nails, youwreak yourown, it can easily take a good 6 months or more give or take dpends on how fast your nails grow keep cutting them short and if you can get manicures even if it is every 2 weeks ,keep them short and clean , don't file the tops just the fronts straight across yes cuticle oil or even olive oil will help don't leave pollish on very long cause they need to breathe , yes you can use nailteques or opi or any nail strenghtener ,also bear with it it will seem like it takes forever but you'll be happy in the longrun,,, i recently thought about putting them on then i said to myself ugh! it's not worth it good luck hope it doesn't take too long ..What can you use to strengthen you nails after have acrylic gel on for a long time?
Trim off the weak part of the nails as they grow, brush Nailtiques nail protein on them every other day. Apply a cuticle cream to keep them moisturized. Eventually the weak nails will grow out to be healthy again.
it took forever for mine to get better..i cut them short after removing the acrylics and kept lotion on them until the werent rough anymore. then i used hard as nails and opi ridge filler
starting over by salon science corp. $6.49 at sally beauty supply
Use a Sally Hanson nail strengthener or one with iron in it.
drink plenty of milk and have lodes of cheese
I had mine removed a few months ago. Just keep them short and don't use nail polish. I used a nail strengthener that looks like clear polish and that just stops them breaking.

They look terrible to start with, but don't be tempted to go back to acrylic, it does too much damage.
