You can't your nails and hair grow at a certain length each month, what you can do is make them harder so that they don't break as often and therefore the nail grows longer with out breaking. That's what things like Sally Hanson does it makes the nail harder so that it doesn't break as quickly. But nothing can make them grow more quickly. Nails take about six weeks to grow out and the length that your nails grow is genetic for the most part. That's why some people can grow really long nails and others can barely get their nails to grow above the nail bed.How do i get my nails to grow faster without medication?
i use sally hansen's miracle grow, but i like the strengthening and lengthening pens better. they actually work really good!
try rubbing your nails together, they are supposedly stimulated in this way. don't exactly know how long that takes but that's all i got.
