You could be smart and use 'Gun Gum' exhaust paste. It sticks like sh*t to a blanket and will resist high temperatures for some time. Halfords sell it.What temperature will no more nails work up to?
Can you explain a bit better? What do you mean by ';no more nail can be used for the job,'; and why are you using nails to joint metal rather than screws?
I don`t think that no nail would work.You need fire cement which you can get from a solid fire dealer.
