Is it true that putting your nails in saltwater will help them grow faster?

I want my nails to grow long and I heard from someone that if they put their nails in saltwater, they tend to grow faster. Is that true?Is it true that putting your nails in saltwater will help them grow faster?
No, it isn't true. Salt helps reduce the bacteria, but doesn't make your nails grow faster. If you want your nails to grow faster, try taking some vitamin tablets and have lots of milk and calcium. Keep them strong by eating healthy and using clear nail polish so they won't chip. However, the downside to this is that your nails can not breathe, because the polish forms a solid barrier. Polish and polish remover can also dry out your nail, causing it to become weaker. Zinc, calcium, and iron help nails become healthier and less prone to break off. Oil is really good for your nails. Almost every kind is good for your nails, such as olive, vegetable, etc. However, emu is one of the best for nail health. It locks moisture in your nails. Is it true that putting your nails in saltwater will help them grow faster?

Its not true. The speed that your nails grow all depends on the strength of your nails.
