A way to make my nails grow faster and longer?

Any way that can help me would be great. I'm sick of getting acrylic nails done, and what's the best way to keep them hard and not breakable beside acryllic?A way to make my nails grow faster and longer?
Make sure that you eat a balanced diet with enough protein, the basic building block of hair and nails. Keep your hands and nails moisturized. The healthier your cuticles are, the healthier your nail growth will be. You also may not want your natural nails to be hard, as they can sometimes be too hard and brittle, making them more prone to chipping and breaking. Moisturized nails are generally flexible, so that they can bend a bit without cracking, and can grow longer instead of snapping off. I use a moisturizing cuticle and nail oil which helps.A way to make my nails grow faster and longer?
I dont know why but my nails seem to grow pretty fast. I eat alot of protein, which make up the nail. This will give you a balanced diet %26amp; healthy nails. Also you should try to file your nails, it encourages them to grow and leaves them looking nice too :) I would like to recommend cuticle oil. :D

Sally Hansen makes the best products for stronger nails. Go to you local pharmacy and see what they have. Also, if you eat Jello the gelatin help grow nails.
I've heard of people taking pre-natal vitamins, it is supossed to help your nails %26amp; hair become healthy, even if you aren't pregnant... also, I don't necessarily know if it's true, but I've heard eating gelatin can make your nails strong
Well, if you want a quick fix, theres not much other then the strengthening nail polishes, but if your nails are real brittle, that might not help. If you take Keratin, its sold at most super markets in the jello aisle, it takes a little while, like 3 months, but it will help. It is what is in our hair, skin and nails, and taking it internally will help you the most. There also vitamins for hair, skin, and nails, but again, it takes time and the main ingredient is KERATIN....good luck
Take a high quality multivitamin (good name brands are solgar, rainbow light, gnc), also take an extra dose of biotin which is a mineral I take 5000 mcg a day (biotin is for your hair and nails.

Use nailtiques #2 and their oil therapy. The #2 makes your nails stronger, while the oil therapy gives your cuticles and nails moisture.

By a pair of gloves and apply a thick hand cream and put the gloves on at night.

Keep your hands out of water as much as possible, wear rubber gloves (if you aren't allergic to latex) when you do dishes.

Check out the nailtiques website they have suggestions.

Theres a bunch of different kinds of nail polish that contain green tea that help. Vitamins also help as well. Just general vitamins, ones with more Biotin in it as well.
