How do I Make my nails grow faster and stronger?

I have been biting my nails since my teeth grew in I started to quit biting my nails but I want them longer and stronger I have tried nutranail but ny nails were still thin and would break I have also tried maximum growth polish but nothing is working.How do I Make my nails grow faster and stronger?
What I did was I cut my nails really short, kind of like in a square shape and then I buffed them into a perfect shape with a nail file. I removed all of my nail polish, and didn't put any on, and it's been about two weeks maybe and my nails are super long and really strong. There's really no secret to growing nails long, you just have to be patient and wait for a while for them to grow. Once they grow in, try to use two coats of clear nail polish so they stay protected. There are no ';Miracle Products'; for growing hair or nails long, they most likely don't work and with that you wasted your time and you got excited about nothing. But I use a vitamin called Biotin, and my hair grows a bit faster now and my nails are looking healthier. If your nails do not grow, it also could be a lack of vitamins, so make sure you take your vitamins daily and see if you notice a difference in a while, you're nails will be so healthy looking, really trust me. try going to QVC and buy this product called tips.. it's a oil you apply everyday once a day on your nails and cuticles. You will be amazed at how long and strong your nails can get just by using this stuff. It works well the first month but after long term use ...you will almost never break another nail.
Taking vitamins and hand washing dishes will help them grow fast and you can find a nail hardener at the grocery store, I think there is a Sally something one in a little clear jar, can't remember.
take prenatal vitamins. Just like over the counter ones, they are a miracle for hair and nails. There is no better way to do it!
