When i start growing my nails, they often start breaking. What should i do to prevent them from cracking?

I want to get a French manicure on long nails but its really difficult to grow them without breakage,When i start growing my nails, they often start breaking. What should i do to prevent them from cracking?
this may sound gross, but it really works to strengthen your nails. peel of a clove of garlic and pierce your nail through it, and rub it across your nails. the enzymes in the garlic can make your nail stronger!

also, don't file your nails too much, you can do it once or twice a week to keep the shape. When i start growing my nails, they often start breaking. What should i do to prevent them from cracking?
Hi.

I was young once, and I remember using Sally Hanson's Hard As Nails Nail Strengthener. But, it never did any good.

Today, there are several products on the market, even the all natural market to help strengthen nails. We now know that cocoa butter and jojoba help to strengthen nails. We have also found that cinnamon, tea tree, and other essential oils also help to strengthen nails.

There are many natural products on the market that help and do not have negative side effects.

Just google all natural cuticle salve or oil and you will find many to choose from

You can get polish which is nail strengthening.

Also, obviously, the quality of your nails depends on your calcium intake, so drink up that milk!

Check out the link below, it's got some more info :)
put on cuticle oil, and then cut your nails often. :)
