It depends on what you are hanging. For most things, such as pictures, etc, you can use 4d finish nails. For heavier items, use EZ-Anchors, which you can get from Home Depot. The anchor screws in, then you run a screw into the anchor. Hope this helps.

I like the hangers with the built in level. For smaller pictures use one of the curved type nails.





Tip ... to keep the picture level ... use a small piece of double-backed sticky foam tape.
